Access for Infants, Children, Youth and Families

MENTAL HEALTH T.O. is a one-stop-shop for infants, children and youth up to 18 years old and their families in Toronto to find and get the mental health help they need as efficiently and as quickly as possible.

MENTAL HEALTH T.O. can now connect you to a therapist from the what’s up walk in network for a telephone or video session. If you are looking for services beyond a single session we will connect you to the closets and most appropriate child and youth mental health center in your community.
